Devon Self Storage, based in St. Louis, is hiring a Full-Time Assistant General Manager at our Union Blvd store. You’ll help customers choose storage, process payments, and drive rentals while growing in a company that promotes from within.

You’ll cover shifts at Collinsville and Troy locations, open/close the store, meet sales goals, and train in online auctions. The role emphasizes customer service, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Open, close, and secure store daily.
• Meet and exceed rental and merchandise sales goals.
• Ensure products are ordered, received, stocked and priced properly.
• Assist with online auction process and training provided.
