Job summary

MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing branch handling make-ready, renovation, and maintenance services for multi-family clients. You will drive strategy, optimize productivity, and develop branch staff and contractors while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of branch operations leadership with full P&L accountability, a Bachelor’s degree, and English/Spanish bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading branches with $10M+ annual revenue.
• Strong knowledge of construction/renovation or related service business.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and financial reporting.
• Experience overseeing large projects and multi-department teams.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-focused with proposals and growth strategy capabilities.
• Experience managing Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable to new platforms.
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred; travel in-market required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the branch through strategic direction and team leadership.
• Monitor branch P&L, revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA targets.
• Oversee make-ready, renovation, and safety across all jobs.
• Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff and contractors.
• Strengthen client relationships with property managers and clients.
• Champion process improvements and technology initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities with the sales team.
• Oversee satellite locations to maintain standards and performance.
