Sierra is seeking a frontend-focused engineer to own the user interfaces across product and marketing surfaces. You’ll build and evolve our CMS-backed content workflows (Sanity) to empower non-engineers, while ensuring fast, accessible experiences and strong analytics-driven decisions.

You’ll collaborate with design, marketing, and growth teams to ship iterated features, optimize performance, and support localization for multilingual content across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend fundamentals with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Marketing/growth fluency and understanding of funnels, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing.
• Commitment to performance and accessibility in production.
• Experience with structured content and headless CMS workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own frontend across product and marketing surfaces for cohesive UX.
• Build content infrastructure using Sanity CMS with robust schemas.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to instrument analytics and experiments.
• Support localization and internationalization of content.
• Own Core Web Vitals, asset optimization, and performance tuning.
• Champion accessibility and semantic markup across the site.
