Job summary

New Country in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a full-time receptionist/switchboard operator to deliver outstanding front-desk service, answer calls, greet guests, and keep the lobby professional.

You will handle inbound calls, coordinate with service and sales teams, process payments, and maintain a courteous, polished appearance. Prior telemarketing or hospitality experience and proficiency with MS Office are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in telemarketing or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills and a professional voice and manner.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software.
• Flexible scheduling and a polished, professional appearance.
• Automotive dealership experience and CRM familiarity are a plus.

Responsibilities
