Salary ranges from $45,000 to $52,000 annually and eligibility for comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include payroll oversight, front desk duties, and driving marketing promotions to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Superior customer service skills, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Experience working as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
• Strong problem resolution skills, hardworking, enthusiastic, and energetic!

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff.
• Lead by example and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members.
• Monitor payroll and scheduling to keep adequate staffing.
• Address issues involving employees and members promptly and respectfully.
• Manage disciplinary/termination activities.
• Oversee front desk tasks and member check-ins.
• Ensure opening/closing with proper protocols.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee marketing promotions to meet revenue goals.
• Complete weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
