Job summary

Integrated Financial Staffing seeks an experienced Controller to join its Orlando leadership team. You will lead financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, and audit coordination, while strengthening the organization’s financial infrastructure to support growth.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in accounting, including 3–5 years in a Controller role, with a track record of leading teams and improving processes in multi-location environments.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3–5 years in a Controller or similar leadership role.
• Experience with ERP implementations, enhancements or customization.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records and chart of accounts.
• Lead, mentor and develop the accounting team.
• Coordinate annual financial audit and tax reporting requirements.
• Partner with senior leadership on financial and operational initiatives.
• Develop standardized accounting processes across multiple locations.
• Oversee ERP and related financial systems.
