Job summary

Complete Venture Group is seeking a Strategic Finance Controller to lead the company’s financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and planning.

The role focuses on hands-on leadership, close collaboration with executives, and building scalable financial systems to support growth and long-term health of the business. It is a full-time onsite position based in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
• CPA or CMA preferred (advantage).
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with 2+ years in senior finance.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end close with GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Prepare financial reports, performance metrics, and operational insights for leadership.
• Strengthen accounting controls, processes, and reporting procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax partners, and regulators.
