This high-impact role is designed to provide financial insights and oversee accounting functions, directly supporting the mission to expand operations significantly.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in progressive accounting roles, including real estate and multi-entity environments, and a passion for leadership and innovation in financial processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proven track record of building or transforming accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the executive leadership team to support growth initiatives.
• Provide actionable financial insights and oversee accounting functions.
• Design and maintain internal controls over financial reporting.
