Centex-Materials is seeking a Ready-Mix Concrete & Aggregate Sales Representative to develop and maintain customer relationships, generate sales, and grow market share for ready-mix concrete, aggregates, and related construction materials.

This role collaborates with contractors, builders, developers, project managers, and internal operations to ensure customers receive the right products and reliable service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, construction, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of sales experience in ready-mix concrete, aggregates, construction materials, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and customer needs.

Mansioni

• Develop new business and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Sell ready-mix concrete, aggregate, and related construction materials.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, bids, proposals, and pricing for customers.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and material pricing.
• Coordinate customer requirements with dispatch, batch plants, quality control, and operations.
• Review project specifications and recommend concrete or aggregate products.
• Track orders, deliveries, sales activity, and customer accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure high quality service.
• Conduct regular customer visits and jobsite meetings.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM/customer records.
• Collaborate with sales, quality control, accounting, production, and transportation teams.
• Attend industry events, contractor meetings, trade shows, and networking activities.
• Meet or exceed sales, revenue, margin, and customer-retention goals.
