Job summary

Atmosphere TV, headquartered in Austin, TX, is building a new Marketing & Events function and seeks a Marketing Coordinator. You will support planning, onsite execution, and post-event reviews for nationwide events, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Motivated learner who can contribute across marketing and events.
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to help wherever needed.
• Shows initiative and can adapt when plans shift.
• Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
• Able to collaborate with sales, vendors, and clients.
• Academic background in business, communications, or marketing.
• Prior internship or early career in marketing/events/communications.
• Familiar with project tools (Asana), CRMs (SalesForce), Canva and Office apps.
• Curiosity about AI tools to speed workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of events across sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate vendor communication, budget tracking, and shipping of materials.
• Keep team organized with event administration and post-event reviews.
• Support pre and post event marketing, including collateral and invitations.
• Capture photo and video content for marketing and social use.
• Assist in internal team events and culture initiatives.
• Contribute to other marketing projects, including social media or PR.
