Job summary

FF Inc. is seeking an Event Coordinator in Austin, TX to support the planning and execution of live events, pop-ups, and brand activations. You will work directly with guests, vendors, and partners to ensure events reflect the brand’s energy and professionalism.

This hands-on, customer-facing role requires strong organization, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, with some evening and weekend availability.

  • Provide event information, answer questions, and represent the brand professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to align event goals with brand initiatives.
  • Track event performance, gather feedback, and contribute ideas for improvement.

We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to join our growing team and support the planning and execution of live events, pop-ups, and brand activations.

In this hands-on, customer-facing role, you’ll help ensure every event runs smoothly — from setup to wrap-up. You’ll interact directly with guests, vendors, and partners, making sure every detail reflects our brand’s energy and professionalism. What You’ll Do
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live events, community pop-ups, and brand activations.
  • Support with event logistics including vendor coordination, setup, signage, and on-site management.
  • Greet and engage with guests, ensuring they have a positive and memorable experience.
  • Provide event information, answer questions, and represent the brand in a friendly, professional way.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align event goals with broader brand initiatives.
  • Help track event performance, gather feedback, and contribute creative ideas for improvement.Maintain event materials, supplies, and displays to ensure everything looks polished and on-brand.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
  • Able to think on your feet and adapt quickly during live events.
  • A proactive team player with a “get-it-done” attitude.
  • Interested in event planning, marketing, hospitality, or customer engagement.
  • Available for some evening and weekend events.
  • Able to lift or move event materials (up to 25 lbs).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field (preferred, not required).
  • Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or events is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
