Job summary

Atmosphere TV Austin, Texas, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our small, ambitious Marketing & Events team. You will support pre-planning, onsite execution, and post-event reviews for nationwide GTM activities while coordinating logistics and marketing collateral.

You'll work under the Sr. Manager, Marketing & Events, and have opportunities to grow into broader marketing areas, including social media or PR, as the role evolves.

Qualifications

• Interest in marketing and events; eager to learn and help across the team.
• Hands-on and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Ability to work with sales teams, vendors, and clients.
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems.
• Curiosity about AI tools to speed up workflows.
• Interest in media, entertainment, or streaming TV.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of events across sales teams and cross-functional partners, including trade shows, industry summits, client entertainment, and tentpole activations
• Coordinate event logistics such as vendor communication, budget tracking, and shipping of materials
• Keep the team organized with event administration, including pre and post event briefings and tracking details
• Support pre and post event marketing efforts, including; event collateral, invitations, and follow-up communication
• Capture photo and video content at events for marketing and social use
• Support planning and execution of internal team events and culture initiatives
• Pitch in on general marketing projects as needed, with interest in areas like social media, PR, or branding
