Job summary

Atmosphere TV is building a new Marketing & Events team in Austin and seeks a Marketing Coordinator to help plan, execute, and review nationwide events. You will support trade shows, industry summits, client entertainment, and tentpole activations, coordinating logistics and materials shipping.

You will also assist with pre/post event marketing collateral, outreach, and follow-up communications while capturing media at events.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana), CRMs (e.g. Salesforce), design tools (e.g. Canva), and Google Workspace or MS Office.
• Curiosity about AI tools that can speed up workflows and accelerate learning in the role.
• Interest in media, entertainment, or streaming TV.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of events across sales teams and cross-functional partners including trade shows and tentpole activations.
• Coordinate event logistics such as vendor communication, budget tracking, and shipping of materials.
• Keep the team organized with event administration, including pre and post event briefings and tracking details.
• Support pre and post event marketing efforts, including event collateral, invitations, and follow-up communication.
• Capture photo and video content at events for marketing and social use.
• Support planning and execution of internal team events and culture initiatives.
• Pitch in on general marketing projects as needed, with interest in areas like social media, PR, or branding.
