Job summary

Worth Search is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Growth Engineering team responsible for provider acquisition and AI-enabled growth initiatives. You will partner with Product, Marketing, Design, Data, and RevOps to ship rapid experiments and scalable systems.

You will remain an active technical contributor, mentor engineers, and help shape the roadmap while growing the team from 120 to 175+ headcount this year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Engineering Manager at a high-growth startup or scale-up
• 5+ years as Software Engineer
• Strong product mindset with cross-functional collaboration
• Experience applying AI/ML to growth contexts is a plus
• Flexible and adaptable; able to balance short-term learning with long-term scale

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an engineering team focused on growth
• Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Data to iterate through A/B testing
• Collaborate with activation and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless user experience
• Drive alignment on process, prioritization, and product outcomes
• Develop and grow the team through mentorship and feedback
• Contribute to broader company strategy and product roadmap
• Help scale the engineering team from 120 to 175+
• Maintain active technical contribution and hands-on design decisions
