Qualifications

• 10+ years of integrated digital marketing and customer acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Proven success developing and optimizing multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Experience with A/B testing, web analytics, and UX best practices.
• Knowledge of SEO, search marketing, CRM platforms, and CMS.
• Strong strategic, analytical, creative, and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into measurable strategies within a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated direct and digital marketing strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, renewal, and retention.
• Lead multichannel campaigns across digital media, email, print, and other channels.
• Oversee creative development, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization.
• Improve onboarding and digital experiences to boost engagement and retention.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to conversion, campaign performance, web traffic, and customer behavior.
• Leverage analytics and lead nurturing strategies to improve marketing effectiveness and business results.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to manage marketing investments, forecast performance, and align campaigns with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital and direct marketing professionals.
