Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and content planning.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign creation and optimization.
Knowledge of SEO and Local SEO best practices.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
Strong copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Create engaging, brand-aligned content for social media platforms, websites, and Google Business Profiles.
Plan and execute a comprehensive monthly content calendar including educational posts, patient awareness campaigns, service highlights, promotions, and testimonials.
Design and coordinate basic creatives using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
Manage and expand brand presence across social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor, Yelp, and Google Business Profiles.
Publish posts, stories, and updates regularly while monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally.
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
Conduct keyword research, craft high-converting ad copy, and monitor campaign performance metrics such as bids, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Execute on-page SEO and Local SEO strategies, including profile optimization, citation management, and backlink support.
Monitor SEO performance, rankings, traffic, and engagement using tools like Google Search Console and analytics platforms.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including leads, calls, website traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Prepare monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
