Melon Local is seeking a Digital Marketing Client Success Manager to work from our Las Vegas HQ, with nationwide scope. You will nurture relationships with insurance agents and their businesses, review budgets, KPIs, and results, and suggest improvements while upselling where appropriate.

The role emphasizes professional client service, cross‑department collaboration, and training to advance within a fun, inclusive agency. Starting pay is $55,000+ with KPI‑driven increases and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred but not required.
• 2 years of account management or customer service experience required.
• Experience with internet leads or internet lead generation is a major plus.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a major plus.
• Experience with digital marketing and agency environments is a must.
• Experience with web development and SEO is a major plus.
• Certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics; Facebook Ads a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly calls with clients to review budgets, KPIs and results.
• Manage client relationships through effective communication and problem solving.
• Maintain records of meetings, decisions and next actions for the team.
• Ensure deadlines and budgets are met; seek approval for changes.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and upsell services.
• Keep team and clients updated with useful knowledge.
• Ability to lift at least 15 lbs and sit for long periods.
