Melon Local, LLC is seeking a Social Media Content Designer & Client Coordinator to drive high-volume content production with original captions and graphics, while managing day-to-day client communication.

You'll work across multiple accounts, collaborate with internal teams, and engage directly with clients regarding content needs, feedback, revisions, and next steps.

We are looking for a Social Media Content Designer & Client Coordinator to support high-volume content production by creating original social media captions and graphics while helping manage day-to-day client communication.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is equally comfortable creating content, staying organized, communicating professionally, and keeping projects moving forward. You’ll work across multiple accounts, collaborate with internal teams, and communicate directly with clients regarding content needs, feedback, revisions, and next steps.

Responsibilities

Create original social media captions using established frameworks and brand guidelines

Design engaging social media graphics aligned with brand standards

Support ongoing content production across multiple client accounts

Collaborate with content owners, designers, and cross-functional team members

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables

Participate in client calls to discuss content, feedback, revisions, upcoming needs, and project updates

Communicate professionally with clients through email and other approved communication channels

Manage assigned client requests, tasks, feedback, and follow-up items

Track project updates and ensure next steps are completed on time

Review and respond to client questions and revision requests in a timely manner

Gather additional information or clarification when needed to keep projects moving

Provide clear updates regarding deliverables, timelines, outstanding items, and changes

Maintain organized records of client communication, feedback, and project details

Balance creative production with client communication and administrative responsibilities across multiple accounts

Qualifications

Experience creating social media content for brands or clients

Strong copywriting skills with attention to tone, voice, grammar, and brand consistency

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

Understanding of social media platforms and content formats

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable communicating directly with clients through calls and email

Professional and confident when discussing feedback, revisions, and project needs

Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple accounts, requests, and deadlines at the same time

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality

Comfortable collaborating with both creative and client-facing team members

Agency experience preferred

Experience using project or task management platforms is preferred

Experience using AI tools to support content creation is a plus

Salary based on experience.

While the full salary range reflects the earning potential of the role, most new hires will begin within the lower to middle portion of the range based on experience, leaving room for continued career and compensation growth.

The pay range for this role is:

45,000 - 57,000 USD per year (Melon Local HQ)
