DevHub, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager, OM to drive onboarding and ensure customers realize value quickly. You will guide initial setup, tailor implementations, and maintain strong client relationships to identify growth opportunities.

You will leverage your understanding of technical concepts, sales principles, and analytics to advocate for customers and inform product improvements. A team-focused, revenue-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Experience in sales or strong understanding of sales principles including negotiating contracts and upselling.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and resolve conflicts.
• Consultative approach in interactions with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ensure smooth transition from sales to realized value.
• Assist clients in initial setup and configuration of the software.
• Build and maintain strong, multi-threaded client relationships.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue expansion.
• Develop product expertise and evangelize new features.
• Monitor usage data and health metrics; address issues proactively.
