Job summary

POLITICO is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist based in Arlington, VA, to support POLITICO Pro and E&E News subscribers. You will drive inbound support, onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement to boost product usage and retention.

Join POLITICO's Professional Subscriptions team and help policy professionals stay informed, act confidently, and communicate effectively while collaborating with the Account Management group. Base salary $50,000 with commission eligibility.

Qualifications

1-2 years of professional experience in customer success, sales, business development, account management, or marketing.
B.A/B.S preferred.
Excellent communication skills and client service ethic.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound requests and technical troubleshooting, ensuring issues are addressed swiftly and efficiently.
Guide new customers through end-user customization and adoption processes, facilitating a seamless transition to the platform.
Track customer health scores, usage reports, and engagement rates to proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with end users to enhance retention and promote long-term engagement.
Leverage research and customer insights to uncover potential opportunities for account growth and support strategic expansion.
