The Learning Experience in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Curriculum Director to lead teaching teams, align curriculum with brand standards, and ensure high-quality classroom execution. You will partner with the Center Director to foster a joyful, safe, and compliant learning environment while driving staffing, development, and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of center leadership, state credentials, and a passion for early education.

Formación

• Two or more years of center leadership and people leadership experience, with at least one year in a director role.
• State-specific Administrative or Director credential and compliance with state guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
• Background screening, health and safety training requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead staffing, development, and retention to maintain a high-quality teaching team.
• Conduct monthly staff development meetings using provided content.
• Support enrollment growth and family engagement strategies.
• Post engaging photos and captions on social media; secure positive reviews.
• Monitor center profitability and budget alignment (EBITDA).
• Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards and ensure brand compliance.
• Oversee classroom observations and student assessments with quality and accuracy.
