Learning Care is hiring a Center Director to lead daily operations, drive program quality, and manage staff. You will oversee curriculum implementation, parent engagement, and community partnerships to ensure a warm, educational environment.

We seek a motivated leader with 2+ years of management in early childhood education, a degree in the field (CDA/AA/BA welcomed), and the ability to meet state requirements. Join us for growth, training, and recognition in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 2+ years of management experience in early childhood education.
• Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or related field; CDA/AA/BA welcomed.
• Must meet state education requirements for the center/school.

Responsibilities

• Lead school staff planning, scheduling, performance evaluations, and improvement plans.
• Ensure licensing standards are followed and maintain positive partnerships with the community.
• Foster imagination, self-esteem, and safe, educational environments for children.
• Recruit, select, and retain qualified staff.
