The Learning Experience in Oklahoma City seeks a Curriculum Director to lead instructional quality, uphold brand standards, and guide educators in partnership with the Center Director to create a joyful, safe, and high-performing learning environment.

The role emphasizes staffing, staff development, licensing compliance, family engagement, and curriculum integration across classrooms, with autonomy and thoughtful decision-making to support staff, families, and business operations.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of center leadership, curriculum management and people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field.
• State-specific Administrative or Director credential and state guidelines compliance.
• Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and safety training requirements.
• Must meet background screening, health and safety training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: ensure center is fully staffed with well-trained teachers.
• Maintain high-quality teaching team and uphold brand standards.
• Document monthly staff development meetings using provided content.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving using available resources.
• Prioritize employee retention and accountability with feedback and coaching.
• Address parent and staff concerns at the center level.
