The Learning Experience is seeking an Assistant Director in Goodyear, AZ to support the Center Director and bridge Lead Teachers with administrative leadership. You will help manage daily operations, scheduling, enrollment, and curriculum planning while ensuring a nurturing educational environment.

We value candidates with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (or related field) and proven leadership in childcare settings.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding staff in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication with staff and parents.
• Ability to manage multiple center operations tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Center Director in daily operations, scheduling, enrollment and curriculum planning.
• Mentor Lead Teachers and provide feedback for professional growth.
• Oversee implementation of L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with teachers.
• Prioritize safety and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Communicate with parents about child progress and center activities.
• Address challenges and maintain a positive center environment.
