Method Recruiting, LLC partners with a fast-moving clean-energy brand to hire a Creative Strategist in New York City or remote across the US. You will own the paid social creative engine, crafting hooks, scripts, and tests to move performance metrics, and you will report directly to the CEO in a founder-led environment.

You will translate customer insights into testable creative concepts, manage outside creators, and ensure brand integrity while pushing the envelope.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy for paid social and determine testing priorities.
• Generate ad concepts, hooks, scripts, angles and briefs with rapid iteration.
• Ship a steady volume of net-new concepts weekly; use AI tools for scripting and video generation.
• Run creative testing scientifically with hypotheses, variables, metrics and kill rules.
• Read CTR, ROAS, CPA, and hold rate to decide what scales and what dies.
