Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is currently seeking a Community Manager at Cora to oversee daily operations of a multifamily community. You will manage leasing, customer service, and financial performance to maximize NOI while preserving assets.

The role requires 5+ years of property management experience, supervisory skills, and knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing. On-site leadership and vendor oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience.
• supervisory experience.
• strong knowledge of applicable landlord/tenant laws and fair housing.
• proficient in MS Office and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial performance and work toward NOI goals.
• Maximize cash flow by managing revenue, delinquencies, and rent collection.
• Monitor budgeting, variances, and vendor contracts.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and customer service at the property.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and occupancy standards.
• Supervise on-site team and safety programs.
