Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is hiring a Community Manager for Cora, responsible for overseeing apartment community operations and ensuring excellent customer service. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of property management experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and experience with financial oversight and team development.

The role includes maximizing cash flow, maintaining compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and developing a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years property management experience and one year supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws and Fair Housing Regulations essential.
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office; experience in Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service in daily management of apartment community.
• Maximize cash flow while achieving budgeted NOI.
• Support leasing team and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
