Qualifications

• HVAC systems knowledge and experience relevant to service, retrofit, and maintenance projects.
• Proven sales generation through self-generated leads and client development.
• Ability to work with internal teams to design and quote systems and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Create new client relationships and maintain existing ones, ensuring prompt responses and regular contact.
• Support team by understanding client needs and coordinating with service sales reps and technicians.
• Develop leads and opportunities; design and quote new systems or retrofits.
• Prepare proposals with pricing and margins that meet company requirements.
• Manage service and quoted projects; coordinate with technicians and dispatchers.
• Meet sales targets and gross margin objectives while maintaining safety standards.
