Job summary

Crystal Heating and Cooling is seeking a Commercial HVAC Business Development Representative to grow our commercial maintenance book in the Greater St. Louis area. You will actively enter the market, meet decision-makers, and convert opportunities into long-term customers.

You will build a healthy pipeline, visit businesses, present maintenance options, and manage proposals with accountability and drive. This role offers uncapped commission and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial HVAC sales.
• Experience in outside B2B sales is a plus.
• Ability to identify maintenance opportunities and present programs.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new commercial customers in the local market.
• Visit businesses and introduce Crystal Heating and Cooling.
• Connect with facility managers, owners, and other decision-makers.
• Identify preventive HVAC maintenance opportunities.
• Present maintenance programs and service options.
• Prepare proposals and follow up consistently.
• Develop referral relationships and nurture long-term accounts.
• Manage your sales pipeline and post-signature relationships.
