The Ward Law Group is a nationally recognized personal injury law firm seeking a transformational CMO to lead marketing across states, build a national brand, scale a high-performing team, and turn marketing data into measurable business results.

Based in Miami Lakes with options for NYC or remote work (travel to FL/NY/TX as needed), you will own strategy, budget, and cross-functional alignment with Intake, Legal Ops, and Sales to drive growth and client impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior marketing leadership (CMO, VP, SVP) with 7+ direct reports and teams of 20+.
• Track record scaling marketing in a company that grew from $50M to $250M+, with 30%+ YoY growth.
• Managed $10M+ annual budgets with demonstrable ROI.

Responsibilities

• Build national marketing strategy and scale revenue across multiple states.
• Own full funnel: paid media, SEO/SEM, PR, TV/radio, influencer, community outreach, brand storytelling.
• Lead and grow a marketing team (12 currently, expanding to 15–25+).
• Define and track KPIs across campaigns and build dashboards for weekly/monthly decisions.
• Localize campaigns for Miami Lakes, NYC, Texas markets and bilingual audiences.
