Job summary

The Ward Law Group is a nationally recognized, mission-driven law firm expanding across Florida, New York, and Texas. We seek a transformational CMO to lead growth, build a national brand, and scale a high-performing team while turning marketing data into measurable business results.

You will own the full funnel, localize campaigns for multiple markets, and partner with the Executive Leadership Team to drive strategy and ROI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior marketing leadership with 7+ direct reports.
• Scaled marketing from $50M to $250M+ with 30%+ YoY growth.
• Managed $10M+ annual budgets with demonstrable ROI.
• Deep full-funnel expertise: SEO, Google Ads, Meta, TV/radio, PR, influencer.
• Experience with Salesforce, CallRail, GA, and AI-driven tools.
• Experience in regulated industries—legal/healthcare/financial services.
• Bachelor's in Marketing/Business; MBA strongly preferred.
• Strongly preferred bilingual English/Spanish; multi-state expansion.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a national marketing strategy that scales revenue and brand.
• Own the full funnel: paid media, SEO/SEM, PR, TV/radio, influencer.
• Lead and grow a marketing team—from 12 to 25+ professionals.
• Hire, mentor, and create internal career pathways for top talent.
