Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing Leader to develop a national strategy and own end-to-end performance for a multi-state footprint. You will guide a 15–25+ person team, across remote and office settings, while aligning marketing with aggressive growth goals.

You will define KPIs, build dashboards, and leverage data to optimize budgets and drive measurable ROI for the firm’s scale toward new revenue milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading national multi-channel marketing programs.
• Ability to define KPIs and manage CPAs/CAC.
• Proven leadership of large teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive national marketing strategy for multi-state growth.
• Own full-funnel performance including paid media, SEO/SEM, PR, TV/radio, influencer, and community outreach.
• Lead and scale a marketing team of 15–25+, hiring and mentoring top talent.
• Define KPIs for all campaigns: CAC, CPL, cost-per-signed-case, and ROI.
• Build dashboards and reporting cadences for weekly and monthly strategic decisions.
• Leverage data to drive business results and optimize budget allocation.
