Job summary

The Ward Law Group, PL is seeking a transformational, hands-on CMO to lead national growth and build a high-performing marketing organization. You will scale a national brand across Florida, New York, New Jersey, and Texas, delivering data-driven results while ensuring compliant, responsible marketing practices.

You will own strategy, leadership, budgets, and cross-state campaigns, reporting to the Executive Leadership Team and shaping the firm's growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior marketing leadership (CMO/VP/SVP).
• 7+ direct reports and teams of 20+.
• Track record scaling marketing from $50M to $250M+ with 30%+ YoY growth.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a national marketing strategy to scale revenue and brand across multiple states.
• Lead and grow a 15–25+ marketing team; hire and develop top talent.
• Define and track KPIs (CAC, CPL, ROI) and build dashboards for decision making.
• Localize campaigns for multi-state markets (Miami, Orlando, NYC, Texas) incl. bilingual audiences.
• Own a $10M+ annual marketing budget; negotiate vendor/media contracts for ROI.
• Sit on the Executive Leadership Team and translate marketing performance into strategy.
