The role requires CPA and 15+ years in finance, including 5+ years in a senior executive capacity, preferably in aviation, manufacturing, or asset‑intensive sectors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive finance experience with 5+ years in a senior executive role
• CPA required; MBA preferred
• Experience in mid‑market companies and asset‑intensive industries

Responsibilities

• Set long‑term financial strategy with CEO/leadership team
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance reviews
• Evaluate M&A opportunities and due diligence
• Provide Board insights with forward-looking metrics
