Job summary

SyberJet Aircraft is seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the company's financial strategy, fundraising, and capital planning during a pivotal growth phase in aerospace.

The CFO will build robust financial models, manage investor relations, structure funding rounds, and ensure scalable financial infrastructure to support aircraft development, certification, and production scaling, while partnering with the CEO and board to drive long-term value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Proven experience leading fundraising rounds ($50M+ preferred).
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, capital structuring, and investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for aircraft development, certification, and production scaling.
• Lead all equity and debt fundraising activities and investor relations.
• Build and lead the company’s finance organization (FP&A, accounting, treasury, investor reporting).
• Implement financial systems and controls suitable for a scaling aerospace manufacturer.
• Ensure GAAP compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting.
