Saab, Inc. seeks a strategic, commercially minded CFO to lead financial strategy and performance as a member of the Executive Team. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will guide financial planning, reporting, government contracting, and cross-functional leadership in a complex aerospace environment.

The role requires 18+ years in financial leadership, strong engagement with the executive team, and deep knowledge of FAR, CAS, and DCAA. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA preferred.
• 18+ years of progressive financial leadership in aerospace/defense.
• Experience advising CEO/board and leading finance organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain fiduciary responsibility and advise CEO/board on financial strategy.
• Lead long-range financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure FAR/CAS and DCAA compliance across operations.
• Partner with Saab AB for global financial alignment and cost control.
