Oregon Freeze Dry, Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the Finance & Accounting organization across multi-site manufacturing operations.

The role partners with the executive team to advance strategic priorities, improve profitability, cash flow, and long‑term value creation. Based in Albany, OR (with Rochester, NY commutable when needed), the CFO will drive planning, governance, risk management, and capital allocation while mentoring a high‑performing finance team and building

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• CPA, CMA or MPA highly preferred.
• 18+ years progressive finance experience required.
• 12+ years leading and managing teams.
• Experience in food manufacturing or complex manufacturing preferred.
• Strong ability to build partnerships across the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the executive leadership to set strategic and financial priorities across the organization.
• Provide financial leadership to CEO, board, and senior leaders for investments and growth.
• Lead annual operating plan, long-range planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Drive profitable growth through pricing, capital investments, and cost optimization.
• Improve profitability, cash flow, inventory performance, and asset utilization across facilities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing Finance & Accounting team.
