Our client, a well-established consumer product manufacturer in Tampa Bay, seeks an accomplished CFO to guide the company’s next growth phase and lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as baseline for finance leadership
• MBA/CPA or similar qualifications preferred
• 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Single packaged goods manufacturing experience
• Hands-on M&A, including modeling, due diligence, and integration
• Strong FP&A capabilities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Experience managing banking relationships, financial systems, BI, and scalable infrastructure
• Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic financial partner to owner and leadership in developing long-term growth strategy
• Lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting, capital allocation, cash flow and investment decisions
• Provide financial insight into major strategic, operational, and investment decisions
• Build scalable financial infrastructure, reporting, controls, and processes to support growth
• Lead M&A strategy, target evaluation, modeling, due diligence, financing, and post-acquisition integration
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, modeling, and scenario analysis
• Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, audit, and internal controls
