About the Role

East 57th Street Partners is proud to partner with a rapidly growing healthcare services organization based in Tampa, Florida, to identify a strategic and execution-focused Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a critical leadership position for a company poised for significant national expansion and operational scale. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading all financial functions and driving the business’s next phase of growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term growth and profitability objectives
• Oversee all core finance functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, capital allocation, and risk mitigation
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team capable of supporting a dynamic and scaling business
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, offering financial insights that drive informed decision-making
• Manage banking relationships, investor communications, and third-party partnerships, including auditors and tax advisors
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting, including internal dashboards, board reporting, and financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance accuracy, transparency, and efficiency
• Maintain compliance with all applicable financial, regulatory, and tax reporting standards
• Support strategic initiatives including M&A, capital raising, and new business ventures
