Busey Bank is seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead critical systems, drive adoption, and align technology with strategic priorities. You will manage vendors, stakeholders, and a team to deliver reliable system delivery and service quality.

The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, client experience, risk management, and scalable growth across the enterprise, including budgeting, testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of senior technology operations or infrastructure support experience.
• Experience with core banking solutions such as Jack Henry or FIS.
• Experience supporting integration related to mergers and acquisitions preferred.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills; familiarity with AI/automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key business systems, including enhancements, releases, upgrades, integrations, and production support.
• Support day-to-day business processing needs for internal partners and external clients while advancing strategic initiatives.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes, including root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor uptime, defect trends, backlog, and service quality.
• Plan and oversee testing to ensure quality and implementation standards.
• Partner with business leaders to plan implementation, training, adoption, and ongoing support for enterprise systems.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent to execute the technology strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, internal controls, and data security.
