Responsibilities

• Conduct approved outbound outreach by phone, email, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Introduce prospective customers to VBA and start conversations with entrepreneurs and business owners.
• Follow up with prospects generated through marketing and community outreach.
• Maintain an active prospect pipeline and re-engage past leads when appropriate.
• Move opportunities through the sales pipeline with clear next steps.
