BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration and reconstruction projects from kickoff to completion. You’ll manage client communications, vendors, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality control on site.

This role offers a competitive base salary with commissions and a full benefits package, including an auto allowance, fuel card, laptop, cell phone, 401(k) match, PTO, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with vendor selection, budgeting, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• OSHA 10/30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience with multi-family, hotel, and multi-building facility projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage site personnel and subcontractors; drive safety, quality and productivity in the field.
• Adhere to OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all work is properly contracted/subcontracted.
• Perform all contracted scopes per identified procedures.
• Ensure project work meets high workmanship standards.
• Approve or reject invoices with project team communication.
• Track costs on budget worksheets and maintain records.
• Meet or exceed revenue and profit margin goals defined by BluSky.
• Represent BluSky on emergency on-call management rotation.
• Track change orders and extras with signed forms and budget updates.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
