• Be a Hands-On Leader: Set the standard for customer service and sales, addressing customer concerns with professionalism.
• Develop Your Team: Coach, mentor, and develop career growth; foster a culture of service excellence.
• Manage Performance: Conduct evaluations, provide feedback, and partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment.
