You will oversee marketing plans, staff performance, and financials while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer care.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leadership/management experience.
• Experience in guiding clients or stakeholders through processes.
• Customer service and sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set standards for exceptional service to new and existing customers.
• Lead branch growth: marketing plans, relationships, daily operations.
• Oversee loan processes and ensure compliance.
• Proactively address delinquent accounts.
• Develop and coach team members; lead by example.
• Conduct evaluations and partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment.
