AllSouth Federal Credit Union in Orangeburg is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, supervise the branch team, and ensure exceptional member service. You will drive loan and deposit growth while maintaining proper cash controls and risk management.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of branch management or supervisory experience in financial services, plus strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and a degree in Finance or Business.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• At least three (3) years of branch management or supervisory experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent problem solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee training, guidance, and supervision of the branch team to meet members' needs.
• Drive overall branch growth including loan and deposit growth.
• Maintain proper cash controls and risk prevention for the branch.
• Manage daily branch operations including consumer lending, account services, teller duties, and ATM servicing.
• Ensure branch security and safety.
