Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, BA Degree and/or 2 years in Banking.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking with prior management/supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Track branch loan and deposit goals and direct actions to achieve them.
• Lead branch sales planning and goal setting.
• Supervise staff and manage hiring, training, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and promote bank products.
