Job summary

SAFE FCU in Columbia, SC is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a medium-sized branch, drive sales and customer service excellence, and oversee daily operations. The role combines coaching, budgeting, audits, and staff development to ensure high member satisfaction and branch profitability.

You will manage lending and deposits, supervise staff, and collaborate with security and facilities teams to maintain a safe, compliant, and customer-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Two years minimum related experience and/or training; or completion of SAFE Management Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a sales and service culture within the branch and coach staff.
• Ensure compliance with Member Experience Service Standards to meet member needs.
• Oversee lending, deposit, and related branch services; manage ATMs.
• Hire, train, develop, direct, and reward branch personnel.
• Prepare and monitor branch budget; conduct audits and reports as required.
