Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, BA Degree and/or 2 years in Banking.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience or more of prior banking including lending, management/supervisory, organizational skills, leadership, PC skills, problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Tracks branch loan and deposit goals and leads objectives.
• Develops branch projections and strategic planning for sales goals.
• Provides leadership and models customer relations and selling skills.
• Supervises staff daily tasks affecting performance, employment and promotions.
• Directs hiring, training, and retraining of branch staff; includes product knowledge and customer relations.
• Conducts regular staff meetings to discuss sales, campaigns, products, policies, procedures, and regulations.
