SAFE Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager in Columbia, SC to lead daily branch operations and a sales/service culture. You will coach staff, ensure outstanding member service, and oversee lending, deposits, and ATM operations while managing budgets and audits.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and at least two years of related experience or completion of SAFE’s Management Trainee Program. Notary/MLO certifications are beneficial.

Qualificações

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a sales and service culture within the branch and coach employees to achieve goals.
• Ensure staff follow Member Experience Service Standards to meet member needs.
• Manage branch lending, deposits, and related services including ATMs; supervise and develop staff.
• Prepare and submit annual budget and perform audits on ATMs/CDMs/recyclers.
• Represent SAFE with Shaw Air Force Base officials and participate in community organizations.
