Senior Helpers in Albuquerque is seeking a hands-on Branch Manager to lead our local home care operation, drive growth, and ensure exceptional client service. You will build a high-performing team, manage scheduling, recruiting, and client care, and collaborate with ownership on strategic priorities.

This role blends operations leadership with business development, requiring proactive problem-solving, strong relationship-building with referral partners, and a track record of improving efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 3+ years in operations/management, home care, healthcare, staffing.
• Previous leadership with responsibility for team performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and create accountability.
• Experience with CRM, scheduling, reporting, and digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and provide consistent leadership to office staff and caregivers.
• Maintain accountability across scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, client care, sales, and admin functions.
• Identify operational problems quickly and ensure resolution.
• Develop processes to improve efficiency, client satisfaction, caregiver retention, and profitability.
• Coach, train, and hold team members accountable to expectations.
• Collaborate with ownership on priorities, staffing, growth initiatives, and improvements.
• Drive revenue growth and weekly billable service hours.
